This is one of our HPC nodes

There are 77 computer nodes. Two of which are GPU capable.

Access

Academics and Affiliated members of the Chulalongkorn Chemistry department can gain access by contacting the admin.

Usage

All jobs should be submitted though the queue system. This includes analysis calculations such as cpptraj

Example job scripts can be found in /fs/export/scripts

To run a job please always use

qsub job_script

Queues

There are 3 queues

• gen.q This is the default queue. Jobs are limited to 7 days
• gen_long.q This is a longer queue for those that need it. Jobs are limited to 30 days.
• gpu.q This is the queue for the nodes with the a GPU. This is limited to 12 hours

Disk Space

Disk space is limited to 500GB. This is not a data storage device please remove your data after calculation or risk having it lost with no prior notice.
