Two of which are GPU capable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Access<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Academics and Affiliated members of the Chulalongkorn Chemistry department can gain access by contacting the admin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Usage<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">All jobs should be submitted though the queue system. This includes analysis calculations such as <code>cpptraj<\/code><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Example job scripts can be found in <code>\/fs\/export\/scripts<\/code><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To run a job please always use<\/p>\n\n\n\n<pre class=\"wp-block-code\"><code>qsub job_script<\/code><\/pre>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Queues<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left wp-block-paragraph\">There are 3 queues<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><code>gen.q<\/code> This is the default queue. Jobs are limited to 7 days<\/li><li><code>gen_long.q<\/code> This is a longer queue for those that need it. Jobs are limited to 30 days.<\/li><li><code>gpu.q<\/code> This is the queue for the nodes with the a GPU. This is limited to 12 hours<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Disk Space<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Disk space is limited to <code>500GB<\/code>.
